Activation & Proof
Once your subscription is activated, no refunds or changes can be made.
Our responsibility is only to activate your subscription for the agreed period.
After activation, we will send you a screenshot from our panel as proof to your email.
Activation Time
We aim to activate and send your IPTV Subscription or Reseller Panel within 10 min To 8 hours after receiving your order.
Device Information
Please provide your device type (e.g., Smart TV, Android Box, MAG, etc.) when placing your order to ensure proper activation.
If no device information is provided, we will send you an M3U playlist by default.
Important: After sending the M3U file, we cannot change it to another format.
